His professional background includes senior roles at BDO, one of the world’s leading accountancy networks, and Haines Watts, a prominent UK firm specialising in owner-managed businesses. This experience enables Bibek to combine big-firm rigour with a deep understanding of the realities facing growing enterprises.

As a Director at Crane & Partners, Bibek leads client relationships and oversees the delivery of accounting and tax services, with a particular focus on helping businesses and investors navigate complex financial and compliance challenges.
