Raymond McDonagh FCA - Senior Partner
Ray trained and qualified with a small firm in London. A move to Ernst & Young provided audit experience across a varied portfolio of clients that included large public companies and provided considerable experience of due dilligence work in relation to takeovers and reorganisations. He joined this firm in 1980 as a manager becoming a partner in 1984. A range of audit and accounting clients is combined with Trust, corporate and personal tax clients. Ray spends time outside the office with his family. He still runs regularly each week and can be seen irregularly on a golf course.
Graham Atkin FCA - Managing Partner
Graham trained with a small firm and following a move to the London office of Deloitte Haskins & Sells qualified in 1980. After two years a move to Moore Stephens provided a wide range of experience in audit and people management. He joined the firm in 1988 as a manager, leaving after seven years to spend a couple of years in commerce and returned to the firm as a partner in 1998. A range of audit and accounting clients is combined with ad-hoc consultancy and tax enquiry support for corporate and personal tax clients. Outside the office spare time is spent wiith his horses or on the golf course.
Carl Jepson FCA - Senior Manager
Carl joined the firm straight from university in 1994 and qualified in 1997. His portfolio includes a number of audit and accounting clients as well as specialised areas including property management, charities and clubs. He has developed longstanding relationships with many of his clients which provides a level of continuity that is greatly valued. Carl enjoys the challenges of working in a small practice environment with a wide variety of clients and working with a versatile and concientious team. He has a key role in the training and mentoring of our student accountants particularly in relation to their work based development.
Sharon Grossmith - Payroll Bureau Manager
Sharon has twenty-seven years payroll experience initially working as part of a large human resources team and more recently within a bureau environment. She continues to develop her diverse knowledge and experience which allows her to offer a comprehensive payroll service, including auto-enrolment, for the varied needs of her clients.
